Annual Meeting

The Annual Church Meeting for St Edmund's takes place this year on Sunday 10th April 2011 at 11.30.

The Annual Meeting provides an opportunity to review the past year and look forward.

As we prepare for the Annual Meeting here's what to do: 

Pray that God calls the right people to serve this church on the new PCC.

Consider joining the new PCC. 

At the Annual Meeting we elect churchwardens and Parochial Church Council members.
In 2011 we are to elect 2 Deanery Synod reps  and 4 PCC members.
The full list of PCC meeting dates will be available in the church soon.

Nomination forms are available from the church or see below. Only those on the church Electoral Roll are eligible to vote. The current list of Electoral Roll members is available to view in the main church . If you want to be added to the roll, please complete the appropriate form available from the church or see below.

The Annual Meeting will receive a financial report. The full Accounts for the current year will be available soon - or see below. Completed Electoral Roll forms should be given to the Curate or Yvonne Millington in the Centre Office by Friday 25th March 2011 and completed PCC and Deanery Synod nomination forms by Friday 8th April.
